Corbin O’Donnell

Bio

Corbin O’Donnell serves as Director of Capital Markets at AREY Group, where he leads the firm’s debt and equity strategy across its development (and acquisition) platform. In this role, he is responsible for structuring capital partnerships, expanding investor relationships, and overseeing the capitalization of new opportunities. Prior to joining AREY, Corbin served as Director of Capital Markets at Highpoint Development, where he led debt and equity execution for multifamily (and BTR) developments, managed lender and investor relationships, and oversaw transactions from underwriting through closing.

Previously, he was an Assistant Vice President at SCOA Real Estate Partners, where he helped deploy $387 million in LP capital across development projects totaling $960 million in capitalization and supported the disposition of more than $510 million in multifamily assets.  Corbin has also held roles at Trimont Real Estate Advisors and J.P. Morgan.

Corbin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of San Diego. In his spare time Corbin enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time with his family and friends.
