David Hoffman

Bio

David brings more than 25 years of experience leading multifamily, mixed-use, healthcare, and higher education developments across the country, from early budgeting and preconstruction through delivery and lease-up.

He most recently served as Director of Construction for Davis Development, Morrow Construction, and Carolina Multifamily Construction, where he oversaw projects across the Southeast and led teams delivering thousands of units while managing multiple concurrent developments.

Throughout his career, David has held leadership roles with Gables Residential, JLB Partners, The Hanover Company, Asa Carlton, and Batson-Cook Company managing high-rise towers, luxury communities, and institutional facilities. Before working in construction, David served in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Mechanic.
