Jason Garmon

Bio

Jason is the Director of Asset Management at AREY Group, where he leads the firm’s asset management platform and is responsible for portfolio performance, strategic business plan execution, capital planning, and value creation initiatives across the company’s multifamily investment portfolio.

With more than 15 years of experience in multifamily real estate, Jason has built a proven track record in asset management, acquisitions, and capital planning. Throughout his career, he has overseen portfolios comprising more than 8,000 apartment homes, directed over $100 million in capital improvement projects, and played a key role in multifamily acquisitions exceeding $2 billion across the United States.

Prior to joining AREY Group, Jason served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at White Oak Partners, where he led portfolio strategy and performance initiatives for assets throughout the Eastern United States. Jason is recognized for delivering strong operating results through data-driven decision-making, revenue optimization, disciplined expense management, and close collaboration with property management teams.

Jason earned a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Samford University.

A native of Atlanta, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and their two golden retrievers, Simba and Honey.
